Our approach to Talent Management

Our aims are to support our partners in changing the culture of both organisations and the wider system to adopt a talent management mind-set, focus on developing a values based employment experience and to promote workforce wide, inclusive talent management.Our focus is to shift the way managers view their people and how people view themselves. Embedding talent management successfully can result in:

We have developed a collaborative approach with our local partners and offer a wide range of tools, networking and development opportunities to support organisations in the effective development and implementation of talent management solutions which meet their needs.


Talent Acceleration Group

This smaller group of talent management leads was formed to help accelerate best practice and adoption across the region.The group (which is made up of leads from different commissioning and provider organisations) also provides a voice for the wider community of talent leads and is proving invaluable at identifying wider needs and support required at all levels.
